Does your place of employment have some silly rules that drive you and your co-workers crazy?  If so, post them here.  You can name the company, but don't include identifying info that would expose yourself.  If your company has locations in more than one city, don't mention your city.  If the fact that you're male or female or your age isn't relevant to your complaint, don't include that.  You don't want to include info that would allow your employer to say, "John Doe posted that and how he's going to be fired."

For ease of reading, keep points brief and to the point.  Use paragraphs if need.  "Blocks of text" are hard to read.  When using pronouns, be sure it is clear who you're talking about.
